Interests and protection of rights in a sharing network
Open sharing networks are possible through the use of sensors, websites and apps that enable the exchange of data. What legal protocols can we develop that safeguard people's privacy and rights? And how do those protocols also offer room for the shared use, storage and linking of data by various stakeholders? What does the legal framework look like for an open sharing network in which responsibility is shared? We want to investigate this in SMiLES.
